Using the same high precision PID controller found on all Clifton Food Range products, accuracy and repeatability are guaranteed. Features a wipe clean push button controller, with bright LED display, allowing you to set the temperature and time instantly. Low level water detection and visual notification alerts. Settings retained in memory even after ‘power off.’ The integrated timer can be set up to 99 hours. Complete with removable stainless steel perforated shelf, which provides effective distribution of heat informally throughout the chamber by convection. The bath is supplied with stainless steel lid, side lifting handles and drain tap. Also available in various other capacities: 8 litre, 14 litre, 28 litre, 56 litre.
